  • This research aims to know the student description essay writing skill better and differences in writing skills of student description between using Concept Sentence model using Complete Sentence model. This research used quasi experiments with the description of research group pre-tes post-tes design. This research was conducted in SD Negeri Anyar 3. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. In this study, class IV A as an experimental class 1 using Concept Sentence and IV B as a experimental class 2 model using Complete Sentence. The research instruments are 1 descriptions. Technique of data analysis to test hypothesis in this research use t test and t‟ test. From the calculation of the 1st hypothesis test (t‟- test of two parties) obtained or 5,609 > 2,010 then is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a differences in writing skills of student description between using Concept Sentence model using Complete Sentence model. From the calculation of the 2nd hypothesis test (test-t‟ one right side) obtained or 5,609 > 1,667 then accepted, it can be concluded that the writing skills of students who got a description essay learning Concept Sentence better than students who got the learning Complete Sentence.
