- Tourism region in Pandeglang Tanjung Lesung designated as Special Economic Zones under Government Regulation No. 26 of 2012 on Economic Zones Tanjung Lesung, aim to improve the investment and the quality of Human Resources. But the reality is still found problems in the development of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Tanjung Lesung, which is not yet built support facilities, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. The purpose of this study were to determine how the implementation of Special Economic Zone development policy Tourism Tanjung Lesung, and also to know the factors that supports and hampers the development of Special Economic Zones Tanjung Lesung. The researchers examined on the implementation of the researchers used theoretical model implementation Van Meter and Van Horn (Agustino 2012). The researcher used qualitative research method. The data obtain by using interview, observation, documentation, and literature study using analitical technique from Irawan. The results showed SEZ Tanjung Lesung implementation is still not optimal because the goals and objectives of SEZ development Tourism Tanjung Lesung has not understood the community, resources, inadequate infrastructure, discrepancy between national and regional action plans with implementation, absence of SOP development SEZ Tanjung Lesung, lack of socialization and coordination conducted related SEZ Tanjung Lesung. Recommendations can be given that the SOP made in the development of SEZ Tanjung Lesung, improve coordination between the government, private sector, and society in accordance with the objectives and plans that has been made.
