- Serang City Regulation No. 13 Year 2011 on the Levies About Parking Levy of Special Place in Banten Lama is a government policy of Serang City that manages the condition of the system of parking and has a procedure that relate directly by to the head of UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) Parking. It is needed the efforts by improving and progressing the servise to the visitors. The objective of this study is to know how big is the Implementation of Serang City Regulation No. 13 Year 2011 on the Levies About Parking Levy of Special Place in Banten Lama, the statement of problem is how big is the Implementation of Serang City Regulation No. 13 Year 2011 on the Levies About Parking Levy of Special Place in Banten Lama. The method used for this study is quantitative descriptive. The collection of data is by Accidental Sampling through primer data consisted of 100 respondents. The study was conducted in September 2013 up to September 2014, using questionnaires completed by respondents. Data analysis are descriptive analyst, t-test, and hypothesis test. The study results show that the Implementation of Serang City Regulation No. 13 Year 2011 on the Levies About Parking Levy Special Place has is very good. The results of calculations of the t-statistics < t-table = ( -2,044 < 1,980 ) and supported by the results achieved only 73 %. This is due to the number of ways system of fee collection which still in disarray,Weak firmness of the basic rules of law, the existence of parking attendant who doesn’t come from Department of Transportation ,Communication and Information (Dishubkominfo) Serang City especially UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) Parking and the existence of Deviation parking fund. It It is suggested in this study that a commitment, socialization, a resolute step, and community participation to improve the Implementation of Serang City Regulation No. 13 Year 2011 on the Levies About Parking Levy Special Place in Banten Lama.
