- This study aimed to develop teaching material of interactive electronic book that worthy of use for student senior high school (SMA) grade XI at sub-concept of tissue culture. Methodology of this research is Research and development method that consist of five stages, they are determination of potential, data collection, product design, validation design, and revision. Data has been collected using questionnaire assessment to test the feasibility of electronic book. The assessment instrument of experimental module used scale of 1 to 5 and seven aspect. The quality test of interactive electronic book was done by four expert, that consist of material and media expert. The result of feasibility test showed that tissue culture interactive electronic book for student of senior high school (SMA) obtain an average value of 87,33% which was categorized as very feasible.
