- ABSTRACT Ma’rufirdaus. Value Added Cassava-Based of Household Industry. Under the guidance of Aris Supriyo Wibowo and Aliudin. This research was conducted in April 2013 in the Industry of cassavabased household in the Pancaregang Village and Panunggulan Village, TunjungTeja Sub District, Serang District. This research was aimed to analyze value added of processing cassava into opak, ranggining, enye-enye, mocaf flour, and tortilla cassava and analyze the products which provide greatest added value. The method used was a survey method. Primary and secondary data were collected using interview and observation methods. Value-added analysis using Hayami method.The results showed the added value obtained from processing of cassava-based into: opak Rp 842,26/kg, enye-enye Rp 1.409,62/kg, ranggining 1.949,04/kg, tortilla cassava Rp2.599,83/kg, and mocaf flour Rp 1.135,21/kg. Processed cassava-based products that provide the greatest added value is tortilla cassava Rp2.599,83/kg. Keyword: household, cassava-based industry, value added
