- SUMMARY Pratiwi Shinta Dewi. The Multiplication of Agarwood (Aquilaria filaria) Plant Shoots on WPM Media with Addition Concentration of Kinetin and NAA (Naphtalene Acetic Acid) In In Vitro. Under guidance Susiyanti and Ratna Fitry Yenny. This research was aimed to know the response on multiplication of agarwood (Aquilaria filarial) plant shoots using WPM media with addition concentration of kinetin and NAA (Naphtalene Acetic Acid) in in vitro. This research was conducted at Tissue Culture Laboratory of Institute for Biotechnology BPPTPUSPIPTEK, Serpong from Desember 2013 until February 2014. The research used Randomized Completely Design that arranged in factorial with 2 factor and repeated 3 times. The first factor is the concentration of kinetin ZPT consist of 5 concentration level, ie 0 ppm, 0.5 ppm, 1 ppm, 1.5 ppm, and 2 ppm. The second factor is the concentration of ZPT NAA consist of 6 levels, ie 0 ppm, 0.5 ppm, 1 ppm, 1.5 ppm, 2 ppm, and 2.5 ppm. Some observed parameters were high explants, number of shoots, number of leaves, number of roots, and the percentage of survival. The result of this research showed that the gave of kinetin with different concentrations are not influence to all parameter above, single NAA concentration as much as 0,5 mg/l worked optimal at 3, 6, 7, and 8 weeks after planted for shoots number with 4 shoots at the end of observation, and for explants height worked optimal at 2 weeks after planted, optimal treatment for combination of kinetin and NAA concentration produced by kinetin 1 mg/l + NAA 0,5 mg/l.
