- T. XYZ is a chemical company that is located in Cilegon that produce them Polyethylene, Ethylene and Butadine. From the data in 2011-2014 april line cutting and welding process has a frequency of accidents that often occur compared with other processes. The purpose of this study is to identify the risk of workplace accidents, workplace accidents calculate risk scores, and calculate the cost of accidents. The method used is the method of Robinson. The results identify the risk of workplace accidents in the process of cutting and welding line of them hit sparks, muskoloskeletal injury, slip, eye conceded grams, shock, dust inhaled material waste, gas explosion, falling from a height and exposed to ultraviolet light. Risk best scores in 2014 for about 30.2% to the value of IFR 3.36, ISR 4.68 and Probability at 0.04. Total direct costs of occupational accidents in 2011-2014 amounted to Rp 903,260 and indirect Rp 189,267.3. Proposed control such risks with the use of PPE by the persistence of supervision, any punishment or penalty if there is a violation, and rewards to workers or operators (safety induction or safety orientation), provide fire extinguisher, given a bulkhead or partition and the distance between the process, placement of air circulation right and true.
