Supervisor II Dr. Ipah Ema Jumiati, M.Si. his study is based on the problems that occurred in PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) branch of Jakarta - Tangerang. There is a reduction of return and the exchange of e-toll cards by the toll collection officer during the transaction at the cash relay station. Jakarta - Tangerang toll road is a toll road managed by SOEs. This study aims to determine the effectiveness level of toll service PT. Jasa Marga Branch Jakarta - Tangerang. The method used is descriptive with quantitative approach. Theory used Effectiveness by Sondang P. Siagian (1996) and Service Concept by Gasper (2000), with 7 indicators namely; Time, accuracy of service, completeness, accuracy, ease of service, style of service, and personal service. With a sample of 100 respondents with Incidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Then tested using hypothesis test that shows 0.61 which means the level of effectiveness of toll service PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Jakarta - Tangerang branch of 61% of the calculation t-count is smaller than t-table then Ho accepted. The conclusion is the level of effectiveness of toll gate services PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) tbk. Jakarta-Tangerang Branch of 61%, classified as less effective. Suggestion from this research that is improvement of supervision, implementation of sanction aims to give deterrent effect for violators. Keywords: Effectiveness, Service, Toll Road
