- ABSTRACT Eldy Yudha Pratama, 6662090661. Title of research: Employee Relations by The Touring Events of Ikatan Motor Pos Indonesia (IMPI) Korwil IV Jakarta Raya. The good relasionships in between a superiors and subordinates not only can be done in the work environtmen but can happen in that outside. To embrace all of them should be done an internal communication that can be inveigle relationships between a superiors and subordinates. Ikatan Motor Pos Indonesia (IMPI), or specially IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya as long as been a form of employee relations that can be the room for superiors and subordinates to assembled and communicate in outside of working hour. This research focuses in two issue, first is to knowing how the course of generally employee relations on IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya. Second is the course of touring evwnts in IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya. This research uses a qualitative methods with descrriptive approach. Researchers collected data by doing interview against a chief of IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya as key informant, and three additional informant, they are the head of Tangerang Post Office and two member of the IMPI branch of Tangerang who is a member of IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya. Besides that is done also observation and documentation. based on the results of research, the conclution can be draw that the course of generally employee relations on IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya is a reciplocal internal communication. Meanwhile the touring events IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya is a special events program that has been arrayed through planning, implementing and evaluating. Of both issue who has withdraw in conclution, can be said IMPI Korwil IV Jakarta Raya is a form of employee relations because its members work at the Post Office the branch of about Jabodetabek and Banten and also interrelates.
