Key Words : Effectiveness, Collecting, Land and Building Tax Land and Building Tax is a state tax levied on land and buildings based on Law No. 12 year 1985 . This study focused on the effectiveness of voting Land and Building Tax in the Village Keroncong Distric Jatiuwung. The theory used in this research is the effectiveness of the theory proposed by Gibson . This theory makes it possible to explain how effective collection of land and building tax in the Village Keroncong . The research method used is descriptive quantitative research methods . Sampling technique in this study using random sampling area . Based on the research is that the effectiveness of the Implementation of Voting Land and Building Tax (PBB ) in the Village Keroncong been performing well since reached 72.90 % . Recommendations from this research is to conduct data collection to residents who become taxpayers , to socialize regularly , giving sanction to the delinquent taxes and the Village to coordinate with the Chairman of RT / RW in order to provide guidance to all citizens.
