  • Technological advances in instructional media such as images, visual and audio-visual media is the right choice in improving the quality of education. This study aims to: (1) generate and test the effectiveness of the product (2) introducing learning media (3) improve the learning interactions (4) develop learning media in CLC Maritime. This study is a research and development(ResearchandDevelopment). Compilation of data on media that was developed using the software Sparkol Videoscribe with the help of editing usingsoftware. Windows Movie Makker In the test phase, audio-visual media in their trial through validity by experts and tested by learners (small group trial). The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and tests. Interviews and observations were analyzed with descriptive qualitative, while the questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive quantitative tests. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of learning before it was developed audio-visual media, centered on the learner. (2) the development of these media using a model Brog and Gall. (3) the media developed has been worthy and qualified to be used as a learning medium. The conclusion of this research is the development of audio-visual media Sparkol Videoscribe considered effective in improving student learning outcomes interaction.
