  • Thesis with the title Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Work Environment, and Training on Employee Performance at SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. The purpose of this study was to examine the value of Intrinsic Motivation, Work Environment, and Training on Employee Performance case studies at SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. This study uses a Quantitative Approach with a questionnaire method to 55 Respondents of Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon Middle School Employees. The sample used uses Saturated Samples and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. It can be concluded that partially the intrinsic motivation variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), work environment (X2) does not significantly influence employee performance (Y), training (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). While the F test obtained an F value of 41.246 this result is greater than the F table of 3.23. Keyword : Intrinsic Motivation, Work Environment, Training
