- e: (a) What are the classification of speech acts contained in the phrase in the Truck in the Peacock Port of Banten 1 July - 11 September 2018 ?. (b) What is the form of speech acts on the expression of graffiti on an open truck in the Merak Port of Banten? The purpose of this study, to: describe the forms of speech acts and the meaning of meanings that occur in the expression of trucks in the Merak port of Cilegon Banten .. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative method, used because it is in accordance with the purpose of the research, namely to describe the form of classification illocutionary speech. Data collection techniques used include literature and notes study techniques, documents and documentary techniques. The data used is a written photo of the display on Truck Graffiti on Palabuhan Merak Cilegon Banten. The data analysis steps of this research are as follows: (a) collecting data, (b) classifying the data obtained, (c) coding data, (d) analyzing data, (e) concluding data analysis. In this study there were 47 data consisting of 1 declaration data, 27 representative data, 6 expressive data, 6 declaration data and 7 commissive data found in the expression truck in Merak Cilegon Banten Port. The speech acts of assertive, directive, expressive, commissive and declarative illocutionary are supported by several things, namely: (1) The existence of pictures or paintings that support speech on the truck. (2) The context that occurs when the speech takes place.
