  • The Effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Krakatau Wajatama (Krakatau Steel Group) is the title of the skripsi from Dian Sapitri (5551150042), students at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Faculty of Economics and Business Department of Management (Human Resource Management) under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE, MM as a the I and Dr. Ranthy Pancasasti, Kom., MM as the II. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment to employees performance at PT. Krakatau Wajatama Samples are 78 respondents were calculated using the formula Slovin and methods of data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficients were performed using aid software IBM SPSS 23.0. test instrument using validity and reliability test and analysis methods of data using multiple linear regression analysis with t test. Based on the results of the analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software 23.0 note that the value of the coefficient R is 0,793. This suggests motivation, work discipline and workplace relationships that affect employee performance that is equal to 79.3%. While the value of R square amounted to 0.628 means motivation, work discipline and working environment by 62.8% while the remaining 37.2% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. Results of testing the hypothesis showed that motivation variable obtained t count ( 6.257)> t table ( 1.665), work discipline variable t count ( 6.948)> t table ( 1.665), and the work environment variables t count ( 2.068)> t table ( 1.665). So motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, work discipline variable positive and significant effect on the performance of employees and the working environment positive and significant effect on employee performance.
