- THE EFFECTS OF LIQUIDITY, PROFITABILITY, AND STOCK PRICES ON DIVIDEND POLICY (Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange During 2011 - 2016) The purpose of this study was to examine the influence liquidity, profitability and stock prices on dividend policy. Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange During 2011 - 2016 The samples were annual report and finnancial report of 32 on Manufacturing Companies Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange During 2011 - 2016. Sekunder method used as sample collecting mehod and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with fixed effect model. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and stock prices have a negative effect on the dividend policy. And profitability has a positive effect on dividend policy.
