- The purpose of this research to examined the effect of system quality, information quality, timeliness, privacy, and perceived ease of use toward the payers’ satisfaction who are e-filing users. The research method used in this research was shared questionnaires to organization’s taxpayer who registered in KPP Pratama Tangerang Barat. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the this research showed that system quality, information quality, privacy, and perceived ease of use were affected the satisfaction of e- filing users. On the other hand, timeliness wasn’t affect the satisfaction of e-filing users who are registered in KPP Pratama Tangerang Barat.
