- Seeing the phenomenon in the field where soybean prices are fluctuating, tofu and tempe producers rely on the quality of their relationship with their suppliers to get stable soybean prices according to market prices. This study discusses the importance of improving supply quality made by dimensions and commitment to the supply chain. The research sample consisted of 75 tofu and tempeh producers in Tangerang City using a simple random sampling technique. The statistical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) that uses the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the quality of relationships created by trust and commitment a positive and significant to supply chain performance. Hence, if trust and commitment between the supply of tofu and tempe producers with their suppliers increases, it will also improve the quality of their relationships which will have an impact on sustainable and long-term cooperative relationships plus the tofu and tempeh producers get a stable soybean prices.
