  • This study aims to determine whether the budget participation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship to the performance of the regional work units Serang. The research method in this thesis is to use causal research design. The type of data used are primary data. Primary data were obtained by sending questionnaires to the respondents directly and quote after a period of 2 weeks. The data were processed using SEM software Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis indicate that partial budgetary participation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance of regional work units Serang, organizational commitment has a positive and significant relationship to the performance of the regional work units Serang, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship to the performance of Unit Regional Working Serang.
