As mentor I and Asep Supriadi, SE., MM., M. Si as mentor II. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees in the public works and spatial planning of Cilegon. With the analysis of the SPSS v22 program the results of the tcount between compensation and employee performance are 0.788 which is small from ttable which is 1.991 so it is stated that is accepted and is rejected, meaning compensation is not a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then it can be assessed thitung between work discipline on employee performance which is 3.187 which is large from ttable which is 1.991 so it is stated that it is stated that is rejected and is accepted meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then it can be assessed thitung between motivation on employee performance which is 3.227 which is large from ttable which is 1.991 so it is stated that it is stated that is rejected and is accepted, meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
