- This research was conducted in order to obtain a more complete understanding of the commitment, so with the understanding and getting to understand the importance of commitment, then the school and teachers can jointly work to improve commitment to work. Issues that will be examined in this study is the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational work climate on teachers' commitment to the organization (company) where the employee works. In connection later, will be seen each contribution job satisfaction and organizational climate on employee commitment, as well as together. The method used in this research is analytic research (quantitative), multiple regression shall use the direct method of spaciousness with a descriptive survey questionnaire / questionnaire. The purpose of this study examines the relationship of job satisfaction and work climate for teachers' work commitments. The hypothesis of this study were (i) there is a significant relationship of job satisfaction on job commitment of teachers, (ii) there is a significant relationship to the work of the climate commitment of teachers, and there is a significant relationship of job satisfaction and organizational climate together -Same to employee commitment (iii). Subjects in this study were teachers in elementary school in Gugus Pabuaran Kabupaten Lebak. The data obtained, then analyzed using analytical methods. The results of the study proved that there is a significant relationship of job satisfaction and work climate to work commitment of teachers, where job satisfaction and work climate was positively correlated with work commitments. output results shown that job satisfaction has a correlation coefficient of 0666. to work commitments this fact reveals that sig. 0:00> 0.05, the working climate has a correlation coefficient of 0.729. This fact reveals that sig. 0:00> 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. And the price correlation coefficient of Ry12 = 0,795. which is marked with no negative sign on the coefficient of correlation. Mathematically the partial relationship Y = X1 + ρy2 ρy1 X2, Y = 0.666X1 + 0.729 X2 Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Climate, Job Commitment.
