Pos Indonesia (Persero) Serang-Banten). This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study the methods used to analyze are associative and descriptive methods. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 87 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula and data analysis methods using the spearman rank correlation coefficient using the IBM SPSS 2.2 software. The results showed that transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of tcount>ttable (7.480>1.988), organizational commitment did not significantly influence employee performance with the results of –tcount>-ttable (-0.449>-1.988), and culture organization does not have a significant effect on employee performance with tcount<ttable (0.790<1.988).
