This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, culture organizational and commitmen organizational on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study in accordance with questionnaires and surveys. The sampling technique used the Non Probability Sampling method with the type of saturated sample totaling 60 respondents. Testing instruments using validity and reliability and methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis with t test. Research done by using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social) v22. The results of hypothesis testing in the study showed that the transformational leadership style variables were obtained t arithmetic > t table (2.669> 1.67203), organizational culture variables obtained t arithmetic > t table (2.188> 1.67203), and organizational commitment variables obtained t arithmetic > t table (2.022> 1.67203). Then it can be concluded that transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.
