Sampling method that used is probability sampling with type of sampling technique is simple random sampling. In this study used transformational leadership organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance.. In this study used linear regression analysis. Research done by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 23 version (SPSS). The result indicate that in partially transformational leadership prove that positive and significant on employee performance, organizational culture prove that positive and significant on employee performance, and work discipline prove that positive and significant on employee performance. Key word: employee performance,transformational leadership, organizational culture, work discipline.
