- Water level control on two tanks is a classical benchmark for control system matter. Many real systems such as distillation, boiler processing, oil refinery and others often use the two tanks system. The problem of the system is adjusting water level and rate between the two tanks. The control system is required so the water systematically can fill the tank and flow to the next tank. This research provides an overview of the water level control on the two tanks and examines the hardware. Many research has been done to control the two tank system yet this thesis discussed the design of control system and monitoring of two tanks with water temperature variation on the laboratory scale. This research used Labview to create Human Machine Interface (HMI), National Instruments Data Acquisition (NI DAQ) 6008 as a data acquisition, and fuzzy control. Those indicators overcome the matter of two tank system properly.
