- This study was conducted to examine the influence of Work-life Balance and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Study Variable at PT. LG Electronics Indonesia. This research uses quantitative method in accordance with the questionnaire and survey. Technique of collecting data using sample method using slovin formula with 86 employees of PT. LG Electronics Indonesia as sample. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data were tested with classical assumption test method, multiple linear sregression analysis, t test, and jalur analysis (Path Analyisis) with SPSS version 20. The result showed that (1) work-life balance had a positive significanteffect on employee performance, show tcount > ttable (3,147 > 1,663), and have value (0,002 < 0,05). (2) interpersonal communication have a positive significanteffect on employee performance, based on result of output result show tcount > ttable (3,733 > 1,663), and have value (0,000 <0,05). (3) work-life balance have a positive significanteffect on job satisfaction, based on result of output obtained result tcount > ttable (4,165 > 1,663), and have value (0,000 > 0,05). (4) interpersonal communication has a positive significanteffect on job satisfaction, based on the results show tcount > ttable (2,828 > 1.663), and has a value (0.006 < 0.05). (5) job satisfaction have a positive significanteffect on employee performance, based on result of output obtained result show tcount > ttable (2,394 > 1,663), and have value (0,019 <0,05).
