  • Human resource performance is one of the success factors of a company, so the necessary of management and development of human resources is absolutely required. XYZ Company in order to improve HR quality only assessing the competency using the employee's softskill performance and it was subjective. The company never conducted a comprehensive measure of human resources performance, so the factors that have not been achieved were undetected. Therefore, a comprehensive measurement of human resources performance as in Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) is needed. The purpose of this research is to know the result design of human resources performance in XYZ Company with Human Resource Scorecard, to calculate the value of XYZ Company HR index measurement performance by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and to give suggestion to the company based on Traffic Light System in XYZ Company. This HRSC approach begun with identifying KPIs that can represent human resouces performance. Then, KPI was weighted using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), after that KPI scores were calculated using scoring system and categorized into traffic light system. The results of performance identification produced 15 KPIs. From the results of the sore calculation, the achievement of human resources performance of XYZ Company for the period of 2016 amounted to 97.119% and categorized as green. There were four KPIs that have achievement below the target; the amount of tuition / training fee for employees (75.9%) and the percentage of employees who had been late (65%) were categorized as yellow. The number of employees who attended training (57.14%) and the number of turnover employees (50%) categorized as red.
