- The quality of the construction project is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled, On the implementation of the construction project never encountered a project that all goes according to plan basic activities, especially for large and complex projects. The problem will grow each day such as: delays in material, labor shortages, equipment breakdowns and other disturbing the conditions originally planning. In this study to determine the effect of six sigma to quality management of construction projects that are sustainable, determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) to menejemn quality of construction projects that are sustainable, and determine the effect of the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma to quality management project sustainable construction. This research method using SEM with AMOS software based on IBM SPSS v.20 by questionnaires (quantitative). This type of research is explanatory(explanatoryresearch). Object of this research is the influence of methods of total quality management (TQM) and Six Sigma in quality control in construction projects ongoing in Banten and Jakarta The results showed that a higher level is the role of Six Sigma on sustainable construction at 77.3%, relationship between TQM and Six Sigma amounted to 63.9%, and TQM to sustainable construction by 1.2%.
