- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of internal audit performance measures, professional expertise and work experience of internal auditors at the Inspectorate of Banten Province. The sample of this research on internal auditor at Inspectorate of Banten Province Data used in this research is primary data and sample selection using total sample method (total sampling). The data were analyzed by using software Statistical Statistical Analysis for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the internal audit performance measurement variables have a significant positive effect on the government's performance, the professional expertise shows that the positive influence is not significant to the government's performance, and the internal auditor's experience has a significant positive effect on the government's performance.
