Through research methodology with typologies juridical normative , used the law normative .Data sources used , : secondary data consisting of a primary law , secondary , and tertiary .Writing thesis this using a technique data collection in the form of study literature and to research these are data analyzed in deksriptif analysis with the form of the qualitative study . Terms of Asean Open Sky Policy still have need to be make sure the suitability with the law of flight in Indonesia. Some of the concept of open sky, like Open Market, Pricing, Optional 7th freedom cargo right, Cooperative Marketing Arrangement, Safety and Security, Level Playing Field, Charter Market, and Dispute Resolution indeed not tangent with the rule of flight in Indonesia but writer try to see it in perception conception of the sovereignity that Indonesia have. Besides in its implementation Indonesia still have few flaws both in readiness human resources or facilities and infrastructure. Writer Advise is in response to readiness Indonesia in the face of Asean Open Sky, Indonesia required to repair on the quality of it airlines, airport, and air technology in order to compete with other countries. In addition Indonesia need to renew the rules of the flight in Indonesia to adjust itself before ratifying Asean Open Sky Policy
