- Development in all sectors is now being intensified, especially in developing countries. One sector in development that needs to be considered is development in the economic sector. Economic growth in a region can be an indicator of economic growth in a country. The existence of markets, especially traditional markets is one of the most obvious indicators of society economic activities in a region. However, various problems arise because traditional markets are marginalized by the presence of modern markets. Kranggot Market is the largest market located in Cilegon City. The purpose of this study is to know how big the effect between service quality on traders satisfaction, to know how big the effect between service quality on traders loyalty and to know how big the effect between service quality on traders loyalty through traders satisfaction. Respondents in this study are traders who rented a place to trade in traditional market Kranggot Cilegon. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of LISREL 8.80 software. The results showed that service quality has a positive effect and significant on traders satisfaction with loading factor of 0.81, service quality has a positive effect and insignificant on traders loyalty directly with the loading factor of 0.21 and service quality has a positive effect and significant on the traders loyalty through traders satisfaction with loading factor of 0.86.
