In this study there are 4 variables, namely the independent variable Transformational Leadership Style (X1) Extrinsic Motivation (X2) Preventive Discipline (X3) variable dependent on Employee Performance (Y). The study involved 59 respondents from PT. Tim Suplindo. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. This study uses descriptive method, the analytical method used in this study is multiple regression. Research data processing was carried out by using Statistical Package for the Social Scales (SPSS 23). The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style variables are positive and significant towards employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and preventive discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance i.
