This research aims to analyze The influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Intervening Variable (study in the regional water supply company Tirta Kerta Raharja in Regency of Tangerang). The population of this research is 318 people are employees of the regional water Supply company Tirta Kerta Raharja in Tangerang Regency with samples of 76 people using the formula Slovin. Methods of collecting documentation data and questionnaires, analysis methods: Instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive percentage analysis, classic assumption test and path analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Results of research calculations obtained regression equation Y = 0.308 X1 + 0.439 X2 + 0.763 and Y = 0.209 X1 + 0,207 X2 + 0,447 Y1 + 0.682. The result of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) amounted to 0.401 in a variable bonded work satisfaction, meaning the percentage of influence of transformational leadership style and physical work environment to job satisfaction of 40.1%. The coefficient of determinant is 0.516 for variable-bound employee performance, meaning the percentage of leadership influence, working environment and job satisfaction of the employee's performance amounted to 51.6%.
