  • ABSTRACT: As one of the health care organization, hospital needs qualified human resources, that have professional skill in the health care field, so it will facilitate the hospital for achieving the goals. Assessment of the process or activity as part of the control function in management manifested by knowing how the workforce perform its duties in accordance with what has been charged to it or known as performance appraisal. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of nurses at Islamic Hospital Jakarta Cempaka Putih. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method by using Lisrel 8.7 software. The result of this research got positive influence from every exogenous variable to endogenous variable. The greatest influence is the influence between motivation variables on the performance of nurses this is shown by the value of coefficient estimation of 0.46 on the full SEM model. While the value of leadership variables and organizational culture variables positively affect the performance of nurses worth 0.21 and 0.31.
