- This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on company performance. The sample in this study was 40 respondents with purposive sampling technique of sampling, namely managers who worked in hospitals located in Serang City and Cilegon City at least 1 year. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned assisted by short interviews. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using version 3.00 of Partical Least Square (PLS) software. The results of this study revealed that leadership style turned out to have a positive effect on company performance, while the organizational culture of the company had a positive effect on company performance Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Company Performance.Management Accounting Practices.
