Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Factor and Non Financial Factor on the Bond Rating. The research population is non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Pefindo in 2013-2017. The research sample amounted to 21 companies out of 453 population using the Purposive Sampling method. Data analysis techniques use logistic regression. Base analysis result by using software aid IBM SPSS 20 obtained the following result of: 1) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on bond ratings. 2) Likuidity does not effect on bond ratings. 3) Firm Size does not effect on bond ratings. 4) Secure has a positive and significant effect on bond ratings. 5) Maturity does not effect on bond ratings. 6) Auditor Reputation does not effect on bond ratings. 7) There are differences between financial factors and non financial factors.
