  • The influence of Preventive Discipline, Intrinsic Motivation and Physical Work Environment to Employee Performance is the title of the skripsi from Bagas Satriawan (5551150008), students at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Faculty of Economics and Business Department of Management (Human Resource Management) under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE., M.M, as a the I and Ipan Hilmawan S.E., M.M, as the II. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of preventive discipline, Intrinsic motivation and physical work environment to employees performance at PT. Dharma Medipro Samples are 88 respondents were calculated using the formula Slovin and methods of data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficients were performed using aid software IBM SPSS 23.0. test instrument using validity and reliability test and analysis methods of data using multiple linear regression analysis with t test. Based on the results of the analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software 23.0 note that the value of the coefficient R is 0,881. This suggests preventive discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment that affect employee performance that is equal to 88,1%. While the value of R square amounted to 0.776 means preventive discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment by 77.6% while the remaining 22.4% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. Results of testing the hypothesis showed that preventive discipline variable obtained t count (3,045) > t table (1,663), intrinsic motivation variable t count (0,532) < t table (1,663), and physical work environment variables t count (5,601) > t table (1,663). So preventive discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, intrinsic motivation variable not positive and significant effect on the performance of employees and physical work environment positive and significant effect on employee performance.
