The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. Effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. In this study the method used to analyze is descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. Determination of the sample using a population of 65 respondents. From the results of the calculation of the SPSS v.22 program, based on the results of the research with a significant level of 5%, conclusions were obtained: (1) Work Discipline on Employee Performance obtained from the results of hypothesis testing tcount <ttable (0.409 <1.671) and sig> 0.05 (0.684> 0.05). Thus work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction obtained from the results of testing the hypothesis tcount <t table (6.359> 1.671) and sig <0.05 (0,000 <0.05). Thus job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job Satisfaction Against Employee Performance obtained from the results of testing the hypothesis tcount <t table (3.679 <1.760). Then and sig <0.05 (0,000 <0,05). Thus the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Full Steel Harsco Cilegon-Banten.
