- This study aims to examine the effect of decentralization, business strategy and utilization of management accounting information systems on managerial performance. This study use managers of manufacturing company. Sources of data in this studyare primary data. All data has been collected through quisionare.The method used in thisresearch is purposive sampling. The analysis used is the analysis of SEM (StructuralEquation Model) with the help of software SmartPLS 3.2.7 The results of this study are that decentralization has a positive effect on managerial performance, business strategies have a positive effect on managerial performance, and the utilization of management accounting information systems has a positive effect on managerial performance.
