Program of Instructional Technology. Postgraduate of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa University 2014. These studied was carried – out on: (1). Effect of the differences by VCD learning and conventional technical learning of the pupils on academic-value. (2). Effect of the differences by VCD learning on gender – different of the pupils on academic-value. (3). Effect of the differences on several critical-thinking under VCD learning and methode of the pupils on academic-value. This research is a quantitative experimental design using two-way anova without interaction conducted in SDN Gelam 1 city Serang at Five-grade Classroom, populations applied by 26 heads selected under random-technic of the sample on the pupils (24 heads). The object of research is the VCD learning and critical thinking based on sex differences in teaching science subjects of recycled water. The research is implemented through three stages: the preparation phase, adjustment phase and the implementation phase. Each stage was conducted over 10 days. Time experiment studied May 5th up to June 3th. Result of the study inform as follows: (1). Highly significance different (up to 5%) on the academic-value of the differences on VCD learning and conventional learning-technic of the pupils FStatistic Value = 21,899 > FTable = 4,30. (2). Highly significance different (up to 5%) on the academic-value under VCD learning of difference ability critical-thinking of the pupils FStatistic Value = 54,000 > FTable = 5,99. (3). Highly significance different (up to 5%) on the academic-value under conventional learning-technic of difference ability critical-thinking of the pupils FStatistic Value = 46,091 > FTable = 5,99. (4). Not significance different on the academic-value of the differences on VCD learning and conventional learning-technic of the different pupils-gender respectively FStatistic Value = 0,372 < FTable = 4,96.
