Sudendi, SE.M.M and Mrs. Sri Ndaru Artha This research was conducted to examine the Effect of Organizational Culture on Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera. From the problem of this research, the previous research was conducted, then three hypotheses were formulated, namely H1, H2, H3. The method in this study is descriptive which uses a sample of 75 respondents with questionnaire research instruments arranged based on Organizational Culture Indicators (X1), Physical Work Environment (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and Employee Performance (Y) The results of data processing show that partially Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, Physical Work Environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera.
