  • As demand for administrative and lecture facilities continues to grow, Faculty of Engineering UNTIRTA requires adequate supporting infrastructure. In fulfilling the infrastructure needs, the construction of new building becomes one of the right choice. The construction project of Dekanat Building Faculty of Engineering UNTIRTA phase two is financed by State Budget of year 2016 is Rp.14,8 billion. However, in the implementation until the end of the third week of November 18, 2016, the achievement of construction project Dekanat Building Faculty of Engineering UNTIRTA only reached 45.24%. Identification and risk analysis construction project of Dekanat Building Faculty of Engineering UNTIRTA phase two is aimed at identifying the priority of risk agent by looking at the ARP (Aggregate Risk Potential), determining the total ratio of effectiveness and priority ranking of mitigation strategy with House Of Risk (HOR). From the research conducted, the results included in the high risk level are late of fund 1968 (19%), late of material coming 1575 (41%), the design size does not match with existing 888 (51%), Workers considered the APD less comfortable to use 882 (61%), improperly of RAB 680 (69%), bad weather 544 (75%), and worker negligence 441 (80%). The value of the Effectiveness to Difficulty ratio of highest mitigation strategy of 8856 is contract review, the lowest score of 1323 is training. The highest priority mitigation strategy priorities are the briefing and checklist sheet, contract review, multiple routes, announcement of auction, strategic stock, punishment, coordination, standard operational procedure (SOP), re-measurement of existing, work method, material & overhead cost, discipline, loan capital , Weather record, overtime, supplier evaluation, socialization, flexible supply base, project location, training, work record, data collect, and machine technology.
