- methodsis needed to reduce search time so the maintenance will be quick. With combination of methods Transformation Park and Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), can be detected the fault location directly after the distubance by analyzing the travelling wave in the line transmission. When the fault occur on transmission line it will cause travelling wave on voltage and current. This wave will be transformed by the transformation parks on both line ends. By analyzing the results of the transformation parks will be obtained time of inception fault there is a time difference at each line end because of differences distance. The time difference has a trend which will be processed by ANFIS to obtain the fault location. By compairing the number of membership function and input selection, the best ANFIS design with membership function (MF) 5 and input selection ΔtV and ΔtI (V & I) with Mean Absolute Error (MAE) 1,33.
