- ABSTRACT The study aims to identify is identification the risk that containd in the inventory of durian. Analyze the magnitude of inventory risk durian. Develop a strategy that can be done overcome the impact of production risk coefficient variation. The method use the variance, standard deviation, and coefficient variation. The data use this study was primary data and secondary data. The problem face of Saung DJA in inventory of durian is the price risk and Physical risk which are comprised of products, weather and humans. The Result is expected return illustrates of sales productivity by Saung DJA is reach 667,54 grain /month. Standard deviation value of Durian is 1194,13. The value Coefficient variation is 1,79 or 179% was value productivity is gain of Saung DJA, when view from the income level expected return by the Saung DJA of Rp 415.622.000. Coefficient variation values received from by Saung DJA is 1,99 or 189% from the income Saung DJA with standard deviation of Rp. 783.491.670, risk management performed by Saung DJA in addition to diversified, Saung DJA perform Integration Vertical, and the Partnership to minimaze risk inventory of durian on Saung DJA in the future Key Word : Risk Inventory , Durian, Saung DJA
