- This research is intended to The influence of labor and education level on the economic growth of regencies/cities in Banten Province 2010-2015. The analytical method used in thid reasearch is using joint panel data regation analysys from time series and cross section 4 regrencies and 4 cities in banten province which is sourced from central body of statistical banten using fixed effect model (FEM). With the supporting of software Eviews 8.0. The results of the research shows that partially labor has a positive relationship and have a significant effect on economic growth while the level of education has a negative relation and signifikan effect on economic growth in Banten regency and city. Labor and educational levels have a mutually beneficial effect on economic growth in the districs and cities of Banten province. The coefficient of determination shows a great value in explning the effect of the relationship between independent variable on dependent.
