- This research aimed to determine the effect of Profitability to firm value as the dependent variable with dividend policy as an intervening variable in the food and beverage sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange issuers period 20072016. In this research, profitability will proxied by return on equity or ROE, dividend policy will proxied by dividend payout ratio or DPR, firm value will proxied by stock returns. The population used in this study is the entire food and beverage sub-setor listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2007-2016. The research sample amounted to 4 companies out of a total population of 19 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method. Data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. The results of this research showed that: (1) Profitability has possitive effect not significant on Firm Value, (2) Dividend Policy has positive effect not significant on Firm Value, (3) Profitability has possitive and significant effect on Firm Value (4) Dividend Policy can not to mediate the relationship between Profitability with Firm Value.
