This study aims of find out how the management and distribution of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah in the Pandeglang District branch of NU CARE-LAZISNU and what are the supporting factors and constraints, as well as the effectiveness of the lives of recipients. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods, and in the data collection researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study indicate that : (1) Management of collection and distribution implemented and running in the NU CARE-LAZISNU branch of Pandeglang Regency is already quite good, (2) Zakat Fund itself until 2019 there has not been any channeled through the District Branch of NU CARE-LAZISNU Pandeglang, (3) Found several inhibiting factors and supporters in the nets of collecting and distributing Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah which NU CAER-LAZISNU realized through four (4) Pillars the program and two (2) special programs have had a positive impact on the people of Pandeglang Regency.
