- Import is a trigger factor of economic development of a country that has a very important role. This study aims to analyze the effects of Corn Production, Jagug Consumption and International Corn Prices on Indonesian Corn Imports from 1980 to 2015. This research is a quantitative research using time series data (period 1980-2015). The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from WorldBank and Indexmundi, and the journal as supporting literature in this study. Regression method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Application tool. The results of this research indicate that Corn Production, Jagug Consumption and International Corn Price have significant influence to Indonesia Corn Import in 1980-2015 period. Regression results show that the value of R-Squared of 0.729 which means 72.9 percent of Indonesian Corn Import is influenced by Corn Production, Corn Consumption and International Maize Prices. While the remaining 27.1 percent is explained by other variables that are not included in the research model used.
