Daftar Isi:
- The research was aimed to know the influence of plant media combination and application of fungicide to the red onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) growth and yield and resistance to fusarium wilt disease. This research was conducted from December 2016 until March 2017 in the screen house, Hall of Technology Assessment Jakarta. Research was used a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) and repeated five times and consisted of two factors. The first factor was plant media combination (A) consisted three levels were: A0 = combination of soil + charcoal husk + rabbit feces compost, A1 = combination of soil + charcoal husk + rabbit feces compost using trichoderma, A2 = combination of soil + charcoal husk + rabbit feces compost using EM4. The second factors was application of fungicide (B) consisted two levels that was: B0 = without application of fungicide, and B1 = application of fungicide. The result showed that plant media combination (A2) gave the best results on the parameters of leaf number 1 week after planting (9.65 strand). While application of fungicide gave the best results on the parameters of plant height 2 weeks after planting (28.61 cm), 3 weeks after planting (37.02 cm), 4 weeks after planting (43.17 cm), 5 weeks after planting (45.79 cm), 6 weeks after planting (46.45 cm), 7 weeks after planting (45.57 cm), and 8 weeks after planting (44.95 cm). And there was no interaction between plant media combination and application of fungicide to the (Allium ascalonicum L.), growth and yield red onion and resistance to fusarium wilt disease.
