- The purpose of this research was to know the effect of different cuttings size and concentration levels of growth regulators rootone-f on the growth of dragon fruit (Hylocereus sp.). This research used Randomized Completely Block Design which consisted of two factors. The first factor was different cutting size with 3 levels : (25 cm), (25 cm), (30 cm). The second factor was concentration levels of rootone-f with 4 levels : (0 ppm), (250 ppm), (500 ppm), (750 ppm). It was repeated 3 times. The result showed that size 25 cm gave the best number of bud (2,04) on 5 week after planting (WAP), root lenght (9,53 cm) on 6 WAP. Rootone-f 500 ppm gave the best to number of bud (0,45) on 3 WAP. There was interaction between different cuttings size 20 cm and concentration levels of growth regulators rootone-f 500 ppm.
