- This study is examine the influence of internal control, obedience, motivation, and compensation toward employee ethical behavior on financial firm in serang. Population in these study are all of employees on financial firm in serang. Sample in this study are employees at financial department and cashier which have minimum diploma degree as well as have one year experience in their position. Sampling method that used in this study is purposive sampling. Data in this study gathered by spreading 80 questioner directly to respondent. From 80 questioner, only 54 questioner can be analyzed. Data analyze by using multiple regression method with SPSS 20. The result show that, internal control and motivation have positive significant influence toward employee ethical behavior. On the other hand, obedience and compensation have insignificant influence toward employee ethical behavior.
